Frequently asked questions
How do I register?
Open the app, sign in with Google or Apple, and complete the registration form. You'll then accept the rules and privacy policy. If you're under 18, guardian consent is required.
Is the app free?
Yes — the app and all features are completely free. There are no in-app purchases.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, tap Account in the tab bar at the bottom (person icon), then tap Delete My Data and confirm. This removes your registration and related data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I can't sign in
Make sure you're using a valid Google or Apple account. Try restarting the app or your device. For account-specific issues, contact Google or Apple support directly.
Payment status
Payment and registration verification are handled by the conference organizers outside the app — the app only reflects your current status. For payment questions, contact the event organizers directly.
User-generated content (Q&A)
Signed-in attendees can post questions and answers. You can report inappropriate items from the app or using the form below. Organizers may remove content that violates our Rules. Reports are reviewed in a reasonable period.
